History

Picarandau is a family business that began its agricultural adventure in 2006 in the orchard of Palma, with the planting of 2,560 olive trees. Now they offer Oli Verderol, their main production, an extra virgin olive oil of superior category and optimal characteristics. The olive tree has been cultivated in the Balearic Islands for three thousand years and was for centuries Mallorca’s most exported product. In 2006, the Mayol brothers decided to dedicate the family lands to olive cultivation, planting more than 2,500 olive trees of five varieties, producing with ecological techniques to offer fragrant and healthy oils.
