Oli Treurer 500ml

Extra virgin olive oil, made 100% with the Arbequina variety, solely and exclusively with olives from our own farm.



Algaida, Mallorca

We harvest in early October at the optimum moment of ripening, when the olives are still green, which results in a maximum oil yield of 15 liters per 100 kilos of olives, but of extraordinary quality.

We use sustainable and nature-friendly harvesting techniques.

Our oil is obtained by purely mechanical procedures and with an exhaustive control of the temperature.

We use stainless steel tanks to preserve the oil from light and oxygen, so the tanks are filled with food grade nitrogen.

We maintain a constant storage temperature throughout the year of about 15º C and control the humidity.

All our bottles have UV filter and non-refillable cap and anti-drip system.

Tasting notes 2022: Oil with high green fruitiness. It presents aromas of almond, apple and artichoke, with notes of banana. In the mouth it has light bitterness and medium spiciness.
