Bodega Son Mayol se encuentra en la zona rural de Establiments y ha estado produciendo carne de ternera Angus de alta calidad desde 2008. La bodega fue inaugurada en octubre de 2016, y el primer viñedo se plantó ocho años antes. Para 2018, tenían planes de tener 20 hectáreas cultivadas. En 2016, la bodega se completó en la Sierra de Tramuntana con tecnología de punta respetuosa con el medio ambiente
