Oli Solivellas is produced on the Es Guinyent estate, located in a privileged enclave near the Mediterranean Sea and the Serra de Tramuntana. The Solivellas family harvests and produces its extra virgin olive oil on this estate, taking advantage of the gentle sea breeze that ventilates the olive trees and tempers its fruit on hot summer nights. The oil is produced a few hours after harvesting the olives, using a cold centrifugation system, extracting the olive juice mechanically and without chemical agents, which guarantees a product of the highest quality.
